Controlled by advanced ITW Dynatec DY2008 pattern controllers, these systems deliver accurate coatweights via non-contact spray, jetting, or contact nozzle application. Industrial Pump Configurations
Low Pressure – Tank Units
Pressures up to 110 PSI (7.5 bar). Perfect for low-speed jetting and chocolate wrapper spraying. Available in 1, 5, and 10-gallon configurations. These vessels use compressed air to deliver adhesive with a line pressure equal to the air supply.
High Pressure – Piston Pumps
Amplifies air pressure to 1000 PSI (72 bar) at a 1:12 ratio. Essential for intermittent applications like high-speed envelope manufacturing. These units drop directly into glue containers and can be signaled via E/P valves for precise metering.
