The Dynamelt M Series adhesive supply units (ASU) are computer-controlled systems designed on metric standards. They feature up to 4 separate adjustable melting stages and are configurable for up to 8 precision gear pumps.

LC Series – Higher Volume Adhesive Supply Tank
Largest internal surface area of any melter in its class.
Performance is dictated by melt rate and pump rate. The LC Series features a multi-stage melt-on-demand system and vertical unheated hoppers that only melt the adhesive demanded for the application, greatly reducing energy usage and fumes.

Maximum adhesive output for bulk production.
The largest capacity melter in the ITW Dynatec family. Managed by Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLCs and controlled via colour touchscreen HMIs. Integrated Load Cells provide instant feedback to ensure precision in melting and supply.
